By using Anu, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What Anu Is

Anu is a memory-first companion app. It lets you chat, share photos, and build a remembered thread of your life over time.

What Anu Is Not

Anu is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, crisis response, or high-stakes decisions.

Subscriptions and Trials

Anu may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans purchased through Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under the terms shown at purchase.

Access and Limits

Chat and new memory collection require an active trial or subscription. If your access expires, your previous memories remain preserved, but new chat and new memory formation may be paused until you subscribe again.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Anu, including by trying to bypass subscription controls, automate abusive usage, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harass or harm others.

Accuracy and Availability

AI outputs can be imperfect or incomplete. Anu may be unavailable from time to time, and memory summaries may not perfectly represent everything you intended to save.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly in the app. Deleting your account removes local app data from your device and clears the app's backend account records for that install.

Changes

These Terms may change over time. Continued use of Anu after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
