MedPack Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026
Acceptance
By using MedPack, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What MedPack Is
MedPack is an offline medication organization app. It helps you scan medication labels, save medication details, keep original label photos, count current medications, and show an emergency card with selected health details.
What MedPack Is Not
MedPack is not a doctor, pharmacist, medical device, emergency service, diagnosis tool, treatment recommendation service, dosage advisor, or drug interaction checker.
Do not rely on MedPack for emergencies or for decisions about starting, stopping, or changing medication. Always verify medication information against the original label and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Your Responsibility
- Review scanned medication details before saving them.
- Correct any OCR mistakes or incomplete fields.
- Keep your emergency card information accurate and current.
- Use the original medication label and professional medical advice as the source of truth.
Subscriptions and Trials
Some MedPack features may require a paid subscription purchased through Apple. Trial availability, subscription terms, renewal, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and the terms shown in the app at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse MedPack, attempt to bypass subscription controls, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Availability and Accuracy
- OCR may misread medication labels.
- Saved information may be incomplete if the label is unclear or cropped.
- App features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable.
MedPack is provided without a guarantee that every scan, field, or emergency-card entry will be complete or error-free.
Apple Standard EULA
To the extent applicable, use of MedPack is also subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement for apps available through the App Store.
Changes
These Terms may change over time. Continued use of MedPack after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
