By using MedPeek, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What MedPeek Is
MedPeek is a medication organization and reference app. It helps you scan medication labels, save medications to your MedPeek box, review medication details and label text, ask limited questions about medications you have already saved, and export or share your saved medication list.
What MedPeek Is Not
MedPeek is not a doctor, pharmacist, or medical professional. It is not a diagnosis tool, treatment recommendation service, emergency service, or drug interaction checker in the current version.
Do not rely on MedPeek for urgent care, emergencies, or decisions about starting, stopping, or changing medication. Always verify information against the medication label and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Scope of Answers
MedPeek only answers questions about medications you have scanned and saved into your MedPeek box.
If you ask about a medication that is not in your MedPeek box, drug interactions, diagnosis or treatment decisions, or emergencies or urgent symptoms, MedPeek may refuse to answer and direct you to a clinician or pharmacist instead.
Accuracy and Availability
- OCR may misread labels
- Saved data may be incomplete
- Reference sources may change or be unavailable
- Exported medication lists may require your review before sharing
You are responsible for confirming medication information on the label and with your healthcare professionals.
Subscriptions and Trials
Premium features may require a paid subscription purchased through Apple. Trial availability, subscription terms, renewal, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple and the terms shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Exports and Sharing
If you choose to export or share a medication list, you are responsible for checking the information before sending it. MedPeek is not responsible for how third-party apps or recipients handle the shared information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse MedPeek, including by attempting to bypass subscription access controls, using the app for unlawful purposes, or submitting malicious or abusive content.
Changes
These Terms may change over time. Continued use of MedPeek after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
