SleepSnap Terms of Service
Last updated: April 5, 2026
Acceptance
By using SleepSnap, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What SleepSnap Is
SleepSnap is a sleep journaling app. It helps you record how you slept, review transcripts, identify recurring causes like caffeine or interruptions, and export your notes.
What SleepSnap Is Not
SleepSnap is not a doctor, therapist, sleep clinic, medical device, or emergency service. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or urgent care.
Trials and Subscriptions
SleepSnap may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans through Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under the terms shown at purchase.
Access and Features
Some features, including paid sync and subscription-managed access, may require sign-in and an active trial or subscription. If paid access ends, previously saved entries may still remain available while premium features may be limited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SleepSnap, including by attempting to bypass subscription controls, abuse cloud-sync features, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that harms others or the service.
Accuracy and Availability
Sleep transcripts, extracted causes, and insight summaries can be incomplete or wrong. SleepSnap may be unavailable from time to time, and exported or synced records should be reviewed by you before relying on them.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion directly in the app. Deleting your account removes local app data from your device and may also remove synced cloud data tied to that account.
Changes
These Terms may change over time. Continued use of SleepSnap after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
