What MedPack Does
MedPack helps you scan medication labels, save medication details and label photos, keep a count of current medications, and show an emergency card when needed.
Common Help Topics
- Scan looks wrong. Review and edit the medication details before saving. OCR can misread labels.
- Duplicate scan alert appears. MedPack found a matching medication and updated the existing record.
- Restore purchase does not unlock scans. Confirm you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the subscription, then tap Restore Purchase again. Apple handles subscription status.
- Need to delete data. Delete individual medications from the medication detail screen, or use Settings → Delete Local Data to remove local MedPack data from this iPhone.
Subscriptions
MedPack Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
